You might already know Sara by now, over analytical to the max and obsessed with small details but still remarkably laissez-faire in a number of key areas.
She holds firm opinions on most topics (not rugby) and simultaneously believes she’s right about everything while being gripped by complete self-doubt.
Sara says ‘luxury shouldn’t be obvious- that’s a bore’. She’s more interested in seeing possibilities that are harder to come by but magically put together. Supreme taste is something that Sara admires very much about Sophie which is why she’s thrilled to have a partner who ‘knows what’s sublime when she sees it’. (Sara also loves the warmth and energy that surrounds Sophie wherever she travels).
Sara started My Exhibition in 2016 and has always been attracted to vintage- the thrill of the chase, the unique-ness and the stories attached. It’s the same with handcrafted pieces- they’re personal and generally can’t be found in a duty-free airport corridor.
Some current favourite designers are Faye Toogood, Retrouvious, Ana Khouri, Stephen Antonson, Rose Uniacke and Noe Duchaufour Lawrance.
Sara has also founded Exhibit A, an online design store selling vegan gin in handmade bottles along with a range of other cocktail accessories.
